Adam Levine

Adam Noah Levine (born March 18, 1979, in Los Angeles, California) is an American musician, singer, songwriter, and television personality. He is best known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the pop rock band Maroon 5. Levine has been the band's sole continuous member since its formation in 1994. The group initially performed as Kara's Flowers during their high school years before rebranding as Maroon 5 in 2001. Their debut album, Songs About Jane (2002), achieved multi-platinum status and propelled them to international fame. Following that success, Maroon 5 released several more albums, including It Won’t Be Soon Before Long (2007), Hands All Over (2010), Overexposed (2012), V (2014), Red Pill Blues (2017), Jordi (2021), and Love Is Like (2025).

Beyond his music career, Levine gained additional recognition as a coach on NBC's reality singing competition The Voice. He was one of the original coaches from 2011 to 2019 and returned for Season 27 in 2025, joining fellow coaches Kelsea Ballerini, Michael Bublé, and John Legend.

Levine's musical style blends elements of pop, rock, funk, and R&B. He is known for his distinctive falsetto and emotive vocal delivery. In addition to his work with Maroon 5, he has collaborated with various artists across genres, including Gym Class Heroes, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, and Kanye West.

In his personal life, Levine married Namibian model Behati Prinsloo in 2014. The couple has three children: daughters Dusty Rose (born 2016) and Gio Grace (born 2018), and a son born in 2023.

Levine is also involved in various business ventures, including his fashion line "222" and his own record label, 222 Records. He has been recognized for his contributions to music, receiving multiple Grammy Awards and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2017.
