For Jesus, there are no countries to be conquered, no ideologies to be imposed, no people to be dominated. There are only children, women and men to be loved.

Hear, O Children of the Earth, and listen well to the words of the great teacher Henri Nouwen, whose wisdom shines like the beacon of an eternal light. He spoke thus: "For Jesus, there are no countries to be conquered, no ideologies to be imposed, no people to be dominated. There are only children, women and men to be loved." What, then, does this truth reveal to us? What deeper meaning lies hidden within these simple, yet profound words? Let us journey together and seek the wisdom they offer.

In the days of the ancients, kings and warriors strode across the earth, seeking lands to conquer, nations to claim, and peoples to rule. The world was divided, fragmented by borders and laws, each nation believing itself to be the rightful heir to power and dominion. Yet amid this tempest of ambition and greed, there arose a figure who would forever change the course of human history. Jesus, the humble teacher from Nazareth, did not come to wield a sword, nor to build an empire of stone and steel. He came not to conquer nations, but to conquer hearts. He did not seek to impose laws or ideologies upon the people, but to offer them the eternal gift of love.

Let us recall, O Seeker of Truth, the story of the Good Samaritan, a tale that transcends time and place. In this story, a man journeyed from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he was set upon by thieves, left beaten and broken by the side of the road. Two men, religious leaders of his people, passed him by, their hearts hardened by duty and fear. But then came the Samaritan, a man of a despised people, one whom society had cast aside. And what did he do? He loved the stranger. He cared for him, took him to an inn, and paid for his recovery. In this simple act, the Samaritan showed us that the call to love knows no borders, no ideologies, no divisions. It is a love that sees only the human heart, in all its pain, its joy, its need.

For Jesus, O Children, there were no nations to divide him. There were no creeds to bind him, no political powers to obey. His kingdom was not of this world, but of the heart. Love, in his eyes, was the true law of the universe—a force more powerful than any sword, more lasting than any empire. And so, the kingdom he brought was one where all were welcome, where the rich and the poor, the sick and the well, the powerful and the powerless were embraced by the love of God. His mission was not to dominate, but to heal. His purpose was not to control, but to restore the dignity of every soul, to remind them of their sacred worth.

In this, there is a lesson for us, O Seekers of Truth, for we live in a time not so different from that of the ancients. We, too, are surrounded by divisions—nations that seek to expand their borders, ideologies that demand conformity, and powers that seek to impose their will upon the hearts of the people. But if we would follow the path of Jesus, we must understand that the true work of the human spirit is not to conquer or to control, but to love. Love, as Jesus taught, is the true force that unites us, that heals the wounds of the world and brings peace to the brokenhearted.

Consider, O Children, the example of Mother Teresa, a woman who walked the earth in the footsteps of Jesus. She did not seek to build empires or amass riches, but she gave her life to serve the poor, the sick, the marginalized. She saw not the divisions of class or nation, but the sacred worth of each soul. And in her hands, the simple acts of love became a light to the world. In the streets of Calcutta, she showed us that the greatest work we can do is to love those whom society has cast aside, to care for those whom others would overlook.

So, O Children of the Future, let us heed the lesson of these words. There is no greater calling than to love, to love those near to us and those far from us, to love without division, without expectation, without judgment. In a world that seeks power, we are called to seek compassion. In a world that seeks dominance, we are called to seek humility. In a world that divides, we are called to bring unity through love. And let this be our mission: to love, as Jesus did, with no thought of reward, no desire for power, no hunger for control—only the pure and eternal desire to lift up the hearts of all.

Therefore, go forth, O Seekers of Love, and be agents of transformation in the world. Let your actions speak of love that knows no boundaries, that transcends all nations and all ideologies. Let your hearts be filled with the love of Jesus, for in this love, we find our true strength, our true power. Let us conquer not with force, but with compassion, and in doing so, we shall build a kingdom of peace, where all are loved, and none are left behind.
